Chain Saw Updates For Certified Operators

Course Description

This course is specifically aimed at those already involved in the forestry/Arboriculture Industry and or anyone who holds a certificate of competence and operates a chain saw. The course will cover topics including; update on maintenance and felling techniques, recent legislation and equipment

Please note that the Health and Safety (HSE) "recommend that all chain saw operators have regular refresher/update training to esure that they wirk to industry best practice and maintain their levels of competence".

Suggested intervals for such training are:

• Occasional Users - every 2 - 3 years
• Full Time Users - every 5 years
