Course Description
An entry-level course for operators of chainsaws
to maintain, fell, sned, crosscut and takedown hung up trees
manually, with an overall tree diameter not greater than 38
cm (15 inches) at felling height
This is the preferred entry course for the majority of chainsaw
operators who wish to work as professional users. One these
units are achieved they form the entry level for all other NPTC
